Reading & exporting results

See learner activity and export the data.

Organisation dashboard showing learner activity, usage blocks, and dashboard navigation.
Organisation-level exports start from Dashboard, not personal History.

Quick steps

  1. 1Open Dashboard from the sidebar.
  2. 2Use the search bar in the relevant dashboard block to find the learner or cohort.
  3. 3Export the filtered dashboard data from that block.
  4. 4Alternatively open Users, select View details for a learner, then review/export from the redirected dashboard view.
  5. 5Store files in your approved review location.

Organisation data export happens from the Dashboard. The History page is personal history, so it is useful for an individual user's own consultations, but it is not the main place for tutors or organisation owners to export learner data across the organisation.

Export from Dashboard

On Dashboard, use the search bar inside the relevant results block to narrow the data to a specific learner, cohort, or activity view. Once the block shows the right data, use its export action to download the filtered results.

Another entry point: Users

Users admin centre with Users highlighted in the sidebar and learner detail actions available.

You can also start from Users. Find the learner, click View details, and SimPatient redirects the tutor or organisation owner into the dashboard view for that user. From there, review the learner's activity and export the relevant data.

  • Filter or search before exporting so the file contains only the intended learner or cohort.
  • Check reflection responses separately from feedback scores.
  • Use Users -> View details when you need to start from a person rather than from a dashboard block.
  • Keep the exported files in your approved review or governance location.
Use History for personal consultation history. Use Dashboard and Users when exporting organisation-level learner data.
