Redeeming an invite link

Join an organisation from an invite.

Invite and membership management flow in the app.
Use the latest invite from email and complete onboarding in the same browser.

Quick steps

  1. 1Open the latest invite link from your email.
  2. 2Sign in or create account if prompted.
  3. 3Accept the organisation access step.
  4. 4Check your library once membership is active.

Invite links should be used from your latest notification to avoid stale permission tokens.

  1. Click the link from the same browser where you want to stay logged in.
  2. Complete verification and consent steps.
  3. Confirm role and organisation on confirmation screen.
  4. Refresh library and start your first consultation.
If the link fails, request a new one rather than using old copied text.
