Roles explained

Owner, Administrator, Author, and Learner.

Organisation administration controls for role and user governance.
Assign roles first; troubleshooting works better once permissions are clear.

Use role assignment as the first step in support prevention.

Owner

Can configure core settings, billing, and governance.

Administrator

Runs day-to-day user and group operations.

Author

Builds scenarios, adjusts rubrics, and supports teaching quality.

Learner

Practices in assigned scenarios and completes reflection/feedback flow.

If actions are blocked, check role first before technical troubleshooting.
